Hi Everybody,
We hope you had an amazing Christmas spent with friends, family, and loved ones. We are looking forward to spending time with all of you this Tuesday at our place (2189 SE Meadowlark Dr. Hillsboro, OR 97123).
Nothing celebrates love and community in our household like Mexican food. So that will be the theme of the evening.
Anything Mexican food themed flies. You name it. Some ideas can include
* Tamales
* Enchiladas
* Queso (you will be Karina's friend forever if you bring a vat of queso)
* Rice
* Beans
* Tortilla Chips
* Guacamole
* Salsa
* Taco Soup
* Flan
* Taquitos
* Churros
(I can think of more Mexican food than American food it seems)
And anything else we might have missed. Please post your dish here, in response to the email, or the Facebook page, we will make sure the info ends up together here or there, or everywhere.
You guys are awesome and we can't wait to see you.

ReplyDeleteSo I am thinking we will bring beans sour cream and shredded lettuce so that we can round out a nacho bar to go with the soup and enchiladas.
