We are so excited to get this group going. The first meeting is happening this Tuesday, September 20th, 7pm at our house (Tanksley's). We will share a meal together and spend some time getting to know each other and sharing our desires for our new community.

Like many communities this will be a pot luck style event. To keep everything fairly easy for everyone, Karina and I (Zach) thought that rice bowls (think Cafe Yumm) would be a fun introductory meal. We will handle the rice and black beans.
Other ingredients that are welcome are:
- Diced Avocado
- Chopped Bacon
- Diced Onion
- Diced Bell Peppers
- Shredded Cheese
- Black Olives
- Cilantro
- Your favorite dressing or Yumm Sauce

ReplyDeleteTom and I will bring shredded white vintage tillamook cheese and some chopped lettuce. We also have some shredded chicken we just cooked for tacos. We'll bring it along. Oh. And some sparkling lime mineral water. Looking forward to this!
