Hi Everyone!
Hope y'all had a great week, its time to gather again at the Tanksley House (2189 SE Meadowlark Dr. Hillsboro, OR, 97123).
The food theme is Hawaiian/Islander food
Some food dishes are below, or you can check the menu's at restaurants like
Manaia
808 Grinds
Roxy's Island Grill
L&L Hawaiian BBQ
for inspiration.
It is worth noting that Karina has some unpleasant reactions to Pineapple so please don't mix it into the foods but you are welcome to bring it separately.
Tanksley's will be making a macaroni salad (Hawaiian style, yet, no pineapple...)

Tuesday, July 11th
Hey guys! Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. We certainly are. We will meet once again at 7pm at our place. 2189 SE Meadowlark Dr, Hillsboro.
This week's food theme is finger foods. We will probably do some variation of Mini Sliders and maybe another simpler item to be determined. If we could all aim in a similar fashion to bring something with protein and something along the side dish route, I feel we could really make a meal out of this theme.
